# Huldraheim Studio — Workstations & Processing Free Sample License 1.0

Licensor: Huldraheim Studio. Licensee: the person or studio receiving this free sample from Huldraheim Studio or an authorized Huldraheim Studio distribution channel. No purchase is required.

This license applies only to the artwork and example code included in this free sample: the furnace and loom, eight item icons, the copper recipe-card family, and their included sources, exports and example code. It does not grant rights to any files in the paid full kit that are not included in this sample.

To the extent of the rights the Licensor holds, the Licensee receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy and modify the included artwork and example code in any number of personal or commercial games, applications and related promotional materials.

Employees and contractors may access the files solely to work on the Licensee's projects. They may not retain the pack for unrelated projects or redistribute it. Deliver finished projects with the assets incorporated; do not provide the pack as a reusable asset collection. A client receiving reusable source assets for independent use must hold their own license. For this sample, they can obtain that license by receiving the free sample from an authorized Huldraheim Studio source; no purchase is required.

Do not sell, share, sublicense or redistribute the artwork or editable source files as standalone assets, an asset pack, a stock library or a competing template collection, including modified versions. Do not claim that you created the original pack. Credit to Huldraheim Studio is appreciated but not required for the pack artwork.

Do not use the PixelLab-generated artwork to train or fine-tune generative models without the permissions required by the applicable upstream terms. Third-party restrictions cannot be waived by this license.

Receiving this free sample does not grant exclusivity, ownership of the Huldraheim Studio name, or a guarantee of copyright protection for every individual AI-assisted element. It grants the permissions described above for rights the Licensor can grant.

Any third-party materials retain their own licenses. Keep any required third-party notices when distributing finished projects that incorporate those materials.

The pack is supplied as provided, without a promise of compatibility with every engine or device. Nothing in this license removes mandatory consumer rights or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
