Steam’s October Next Fest is scheduled for 19–26 October 2026, starting and ending at 17:00 UTC. It is a demo festival, with opportunities to try games and watch developer broadcasts.
Our suggestion: pick a few games outside your usual genre, then wishlist the ones that make you want to keep playing. A demo is a sample; it does not mean the full game is free or already released.
The early press preview is separate from the public festival. Follow the official event page for the public lineup once it opens.
